Step 1: complain to us
Complaints are received and handled by our Grievance Officer.

Please put "Complaint" in the subject line of your email so that it is recognised and handled as one. A written complaint, by email or post, gives both of us a clear record.
What to include
- Your name and how we can reach you.
- What happened, when, and who you dealt with.
- The scheme, AMC and folio number, if the complaint is about an investment.
- What you would like us to do.
Please do not send passwords, one-time passwords or card details. Send copies of documents only where they are needed to explain the complaint.
How we handle it
- We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and to resolve it within 15 days.
- If the matter can only be put right by the AMC or its registrar, for example a transaction, a statement or a payout, we will take it up with them and keep you informed.
- We will give you our response in writing.
You do not have to wait for us before using the steps below, but regulators generally expect you to have approached the firm concerned first.
Step 2: the AMC
If your complaint is about a scheme, a transaction, a statement, a redemption or a payout, or if we have not resolved it, you can write to the investor service or grievance cell of the asset management company (AMC) concerned. Contact details are given in the scheme documents, in your account statement and on the AMC's website.
Step 3: AMFI
The Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) registers mutual fund distributors and publishes the Code of Conduct we must follow. If your complaint is about our conduct as a distributor, you can raise it with AMFI. Its website, amfiindia.com, gives the current way to do so. Please quote our registration number, ARN-319081.
Step 4: SEBI SCORES
SCORES is the online complaint system of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for investor complaints in the securities market, including complaints about mutual funds and intermediaries. You may lodge a complaint at scores.sebi.gov.in. SEBI generally expects you to have first taken the complaint to the entity concerned. The SCORES website explains which complaints it accepts and how they are handled.
Step 5: SMART ODR
If the dispute is still unresolved, the SMART ODR portal at smartodr.in offers online conciliation and arbitration for disputes in the Indian securities market. Read the guidance on the portal to see whether your dispute is covered and how to file.
These routes do not take away your right to approach a consumer forum or a court. The regulators' websites are the authoritative source for their current procedures and time limits.
Privacy complaints
Complaints about how we handle your personal data go to the same Grievance Officer, Mr. Dev Patel, at the contact details in Step 1, with "Privacy" in the subject line. The process, and the further remedies the law may give you, are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Platform and app issues
The investment transaction platform and mobile app run on third-party technology. If you have a problem with either, contact us first using the details above and we will help you take it up with the right party. See Third-Party Platform Disclosure.
