By using itagfin.com you agree to these terms. If you create an account, you confirm your agreement when you register. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms should be read with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and the other documents in the Regulatory & Legal Centre.

Who we are

The website is run by Green Outdoors Global Private Limited, carrying on business as I Tag Financials, an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-319081). We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager or stock broker. See Regulatory Disclosures.

What the website is for

The website gives general information about mutual funds and about our distribution services, offers calculators and client tools, and lets you contact us. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, units of any particular mutual fund scheme, and nothing on it is a recommendation made for your personal circumstances.

This website and its accounts are intended for adults aged 18 and over who are able to enter into a contract under Indian law. An account should not be created by or for a minor.

Your account

• An account needs your name, your email address and a password. You must verify your email address before the account can be used.
• Give accurate details and use an email address that belongs to you.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
• One person, one account. Do not create an account for someone else without their permission.
• We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms or in a way that puts the website or other users at risk.

Calculators and client tools

• Calculators produce illustrations from figures and an assumed rate that start as placeholders and that you can change. They are not forecasts and do not describe any scheme.
• Financial Journey helps you record your own financial details and goals in one place. Its summaries are arithmetic based on what you enter. It is not an investment recommendation or a financial plan issued by an Investment Adviser.
• Will Preparation only gathers information that is commonly needed when a Will is prepared. What it produces is not a Will, has no legal effect, and is not legal advice. No legal service is provided through this website. To make a valid Will, consult a qualified legal professional.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for any decision you take using the results.

Investing is done elsewhere

You cannot buy or sell mutual fund units on this website, and a website account does not give you access to the investment transaction platform or the mobile app. Those are operated on third-party technology under their own terms. See Third-Party Platform Disclosure. Every investment is governed by the scheme documents issued by the AMC.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break any law, or infringe anyone's rights, in using the website;
• try to gain access to another person's account or to data that is not yours;
• probe, scan, overload or disrupt the website, or get around its security or rate limits;
• use automated tools to collect content or submit forms in bulk;
• upload or send malicious code, or unlawful, abusive or misleading content;
• enter another person's personal data without their knowledge and permission; or
• present content from this website as a recommendation or assurance given by us.

Content and ownership

The text, design, logos and software on this website belong to Green Outdoors Global Private Limited or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish or sell the content without our written permission. What you enter in your forms remains yours.

Links to other websites

We link to websites we do not control, including those of AMFI, SEBI, asset management companies and app stores. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Our responsibility to you

We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate, available and secure, but we provide it "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on general information, calculator results or tool outputs, from interruptions to the website, or from events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits any right you have as an investor or consumer under Indian law, any duty we owe under SEBI regulations or the AMFI Code of Conduct, or your right to use the grievance process.

Closing an account

You can delete your account and all saved drafts at any time from the dashboard, or by writing to us. See the Account & Data Deletion Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Vadodara, Gujarat have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about this website. This does not limit any right the law gives you as an investor or consumer to bring a complaint or claim before another court, forum or authority.

Changes and contact
