This tool does not give legal advice and does not create a Will. Completing the form does not produce a legally valid Will. Legal validity, witnessing and execution requirements must be checked separately.

A saved form is stored encrypted with your website account, is not emailed to anyone, is not shown in our staff area, and can be deleted by you at any time. Do not enter full Aadhaar, PAN, bank account or card numbers here. Where an account must be identified, enter only the last 4 digits.

- Purpose. The Will Preparation form records the details you enter about yourself, your family, your property and accounts, beneficiaries, executors and witnesses, so that the information needed for drafting a Will is gathered in one place and you can save and resume it.
- Storage. If you agree, the form is stored on our server, encrypted, and linked to your website account. It is not emailed to anyone and is not used for marketing.
- This is not a Will. This tool only helps gather information for a draft. A Will may need legal review, and it has execution formalities: it must be signed and witnessed. This website does not make a Will legally valid.
- Withdrawing. You can withdraw this consent at any time by deleting the draft or your whole account from the dashboard, or by writing to us at itagfin@gogpl.in. Deleting the draft removes it from the server.
