The transaction platform and app
The investment transaction platform at wealth.itagfin.com and the Android app carry the I Tag Financials name, but they are operated on technology supplied by a third-party provider. We do not build or host that technology. Mutual fund transactions placed there are processed by the AMCs and their registrars.
Before you use the platform or the app, read the terms and the privacy notice shown there. If you would like to know more about how the platform works or who provides it, ask us.
Separate accounts and sign-in
- A website account does not give you access to the transaction platform or the app.
- A platform or app login does not sign you in to this website.
- The two use different credentials. Use a different password for each.
- Deleting your website account does not close your platform login or affect your investments. See the Account & Data Deletion Policy.
- Nothing you save in the website's tools is sent to the platform, and the website cannot see your holdings.
Regular plans and commission
Investments placed through the platform or the app under our ARN (ARN-319081) are in the regular plan of the scheme, which involves payment of commission to us by the AMC. Direct plans are not available through us. See Regular vs Direct Plans and Commission & Conflict Disclosure. Read the scheme's SID, SAI and KIM before you transact.
Your data on the platform
To transact in mutual funds, the platform and the mutual fund industry need information that this website does not collect, such as PAN, KYC details and bank account details. That information is collected and held under the platform's own privacy notice and under the rules that apply to AMCs, registrars and KYC agencies. Our website Privacy Policy does not describe it.
Who is responsible for what
- We remain your distributor and your first point of contact. If you have trouble with the platform or app, contact us and we will help you resolve it.
- The technology provider operates the platform and the app.
- The AMC and its registrar are responsible for processing transactions, allotting and redeeming units, and issuing statements, under the scheme documents.
Your rights to complain are not reduced by the fact that a third party provides the technology. See Grievance Redressal.
Other third-party services
This website also links to WhatsApp, to our social media pages, to the Google Play store and to the websites of AMFI and SEBI. Each is run by its own operator under its own terms and privacy policy. The website itself is hosted by HostGator India, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Protecting yourself
- Reach the platform only through the link on this website or by typing wealth.itagfin.com yourself.
- Install the app only from the official store listing linked from this website.
- Do not share your password or a one-time password with anyone, by phone, email or message. This website never asks for a one-time password or a bank password.
- Make payments only from your own bank account to the mutual fund or through the authorised payment route.
- If you receive a suspicious message using our name, tell us at itagfin@gogpl.in.
