The ARN is held by Green Outdoors Global Private Limited. "I Tag Financials" is the name under which the company carries on its mutual fund distribution business.

What we are registered to do

We are a Mutual Fund Distributor. We help investors understand mutual fund schemes, complete KYC and paperwork, and place and service transactions in the regular plans of mutual fund schemes offered by the asset management companies (AMCs) we are empanelled with.

Any information we collect about your goals, income or existing investments is used to judge whether a scheme is suitable for you. This is incidental to mutual fund distribution. It is not a separate paid service.

The information we give you is limited to the mutual fund products we distribute. Other products and other ways of investing exist, including direct plans, and you are free to consider them before you decide. A list of the mutual funds we are empanelled with is available from us on request.

What we are not

• We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser.
• We are not a SEBI-registered Research Analyst. We do not publish research or recommend stocks.
• We are not a Portfolio Manager. We do not manage money on a discretionary basis.
• We are not a stock broker.
• We do not charge investors a separate fee for mutual fund distribution.
• We are not the mutual fund. Money for a mutual fund purchase should go from your own bank account to the mutual fund through its authorised payment channels. Do not hand cash to anyone, or pay into a personal account, for a mutual fund investment.

How to verify us

You should deal only with registered intermediaries and check their registration before investing. You can look up ARN-319081 using the distributor search on the AMFI website. The record there shows the ARN holder's name and the validity period of the registration.

Code of conduct we follow

As an ARN holder we are bound by the AMFI Code of Conduct for Mutual Fund Distributors and by the SEBI regulations and circulars that apply to the distribution of mutual funds. In summary, the Code expects us to:

• put the investor's interest first and not let commission decide what we recommend;
• explain the key features and risks of a scheme and urge you to read the scheme documents;
• disclose the commission we receive on the competing schemes we discuss with you;
• never indicate or assure a return on any scheme;
• never offer rebates, gifts or a share of commission to attract an investment;
• keep your information confidential; and
• try to resolve complaints and assist the AMC in resolving them.

How we are paid

We earn commission from AMCs on investments made through us in regular plans. The commission is paid by the AMC out of the scheme's expenses, which means it is part of the cost you bear as an investor in a regular plan. Full details are in our Commission & Conflict Disclosure.

No assured returns

Mutual funds do not offer guaranteed or assured returns, and the amount you invest can fall in value. No one at I Tag Financials is permitted to promise a return. Calculators on this website use an assumed rate, which starts as a placeholder that you can change, and their results are illustrations only. See the Mutual Fund Risk Disclosure.

KYC and scheme documents

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before you can invest in a mutual fund. Before investing, read the Scheme Information Document, the Statement of Additional Information and the Key Information Memorandum of the scheme. These are published by the AMC and we will give them to you or tell you where to find them.

Complaints

Complaints are handled by our Grievance Officer.
